Question by anonymously_beautiful: How can I get that “gap” between my thighs?
I hate my thighs so much. I’ve tried lunges. That didn’t help what so ever. I’ve tried leg lifts. That didn’t help either. I need to be able to get this “gap” within a month because I’m going on a trip with my friends and we are going to be going to the water park a lot. I just want to look good in my swimsuit. Any help? Thanks.

You can’t spot target.. you can’t choose where you lose weight from. So if you want to get skinnier thighs you have to lose weight from everywhere.
You have to do cardio and watch what you eat.
Once your thigh circumference is less than 18 inches, you’ll probably get a thigh gap.
But this might take longer than 1 month depending on your shape right now.
FYI – having a thigh gap won’t make you feel any better. I have one and no one really notices it.
